Challenge
Spotify sought to innovate their podcast offerings by introducing a feature that enhances user engagement through a TikTok-like scrolling interface for podcast clips. They needed a comprehensive strategy and user feedback to validate the concept and ensure its success.
Solution
Koy designed a go-to-market strategy that included creating detailed Figma mockups of the proposed feature. We then trialed these mockups with students at UT Austin and UC Berkeley to gather user insights and feedback. Our approach helped Spotify refine the feature and prepare for a successful launch, leveraging the appeal of short-form content to boost podcast engagement.
