Koy's role was to develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and enhance the UI/UX design for Joopiter, Pharrell Williams' auction site. We focused on targeting the Middle East and Asian markets, with a special emphasis on engaging the Gen Z demographic.
Challenge
Joopiter recently started operations and sought to establish a cohesive market strategy for the Middle East and Asia. They faced challenges in effectively targeting the Gen Z audience. Additionally, their website's UI/UX design was subpar, leading to low user traction and complicated navigation.
Solution
To address these challenges, Koy conducted extensive user surveys and analyzed relevant datasets to provide targeted recommendations for Joopiter's market strategy. Koy utilized the expertise of its team members with backgrounds in product management to revamp the website's design. Our improvements led to a 48% increase in the "time spent on page" metric and a 67% increase in the "number of pages clicked" metric.
